Seizures, What Alternative Options Might be Available?
I would like to start out by saying I am not a doctor and I do not make medical claims, I am a concerned citizen who has a passion for researching smart alternatives for our health and sharing them with others who are taking an initiative to do their research and make their own educated decisions.
The first sign of a Brain Tumor may be a seizure. Where the tumor puts pressure on an area of the Brain and causes the Brain to "short circuit" and get signals crossed which in turn can cause the body to experience some form of seizure, depending upon where the tumor is located.
A Heavy Metal Toxicity may be the reason for a seizure. This can cause the Brain to "short circuit" as well because they are electically conductive. The Myelin Sheath if insufficient, the Brain "short circuits" as there is no insulation to protect electrical neural travelling.
Asparmatame has been documented in Alternative health sites to have caused seizures in some individuals. Asparmatame is an "Excitotoxin" and can have many detrimental affects on the body. A book recommendation is "Excitoxins: The Taste That Kills", by Russell Blaylock, Neurosurgeon.
Low Blood Sugar, in children and adults can cause a seizure, (a drop of honey under the tongue can bring them out of it), as it allows the sugar to enter the blood stream rapidly.
Without knowing the exact cause of the seizures, or maybe you do and you are looking for alternatives to medication, surgury or radiation, below is a list of possiblities to ponder.
*Magnesium Supplementation can reduce the problem of Heavy Metal Toxicity. Signs of Magnesium deficiency are : increased irritability, disorientation, convulsions/seizures, psychotic behavior. It also has a direct affect on the neuromuscular and cardiovascular system.
*Myelin Sheath, Lecithin promotes the growth of the Myelin Sheath.
*Brain Tumors, Vitamin B Complex, Zinc, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Vanadate can slow down Tumor Growth. Cancerous Brain Tumors need anaerobic respiration via glucose metabolism to survive. These minerals above simply blocks it. A mixture of Clove Oil, Lavender Oil plus Camphor Powder is also peculiar if applied topically to possibly reduce the tumor.

*Vitamin C 1000mg/daily (w/Bioflavanoids)
Brewer's Yeast 1000mg (this contains RNA/DNA)
Kyolic Garlic 600mg/daily
Granulated Lecithin (This will help build the Myelin Sheath, strengthens the Liver and Normalizes Sugars)
*Bathing in Epsom Salts can control seizures as well, any Pharmacology book will tell you that Magnesium (Epsom is one form) is the second most plentiful cation of the intracellular fluids and is essential for the activity of many enzymes and plays an importan role in neurochemical transmission and muscular excitablity. (Epsom Salts are given to pre-eclamptic women via IV to prevent seizures).

It is always recommended to get as much nutrients, vitamins/minerals from food sources first and supplemental forms second.
In closing, I feel that "If you can cure a problem with vitamins or minerals, the problem is not disease, it is a dietary deficiency."
