Looking to Buy or Sell a Flat in Chandigarh….Get good options/ Advice
Chandigarh is a well-planned city and it is rightly called ‘a city beautiful'. Rows of trees lined on the roadside and a flourishing metro culture makes it envy of all other cities in the neighborhood. Limited by its size, it is spread over an area of 145 sq kms, paucity of land and for putting the available land to optimum use, Chandigarh Administration launched the scheme of affordable housing in the cooperative sector.
In the last two decades, the number of sectors marked in the city has increased. About 120 cooperative house building societies have come up in the sectors 48, 49, 50 and 51.Of these about 76 societies have become habitable.
Flats in three categories have been belt in all the societies. Category C comprises of 2 Bed Hall with kitchen and toilets, B Category has three BHK accommodation. Category A has 3or 4 BHK accommodation. The cooperative spirit of living is evident as basis services are arranged by the people themselves by forming a managing committee.
Life is wonderful; accordingly, the living is preferred to other sectors in comparison.
